Chalkstream Rainbow Trout Misshapes

Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. They’re boneless and skinless. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. These are offcuts of extra large trout fillets. Pan fry in olive oil and serve with Greek-style veg for a real treat.  Sustainability - Our rating 8/10 Chalkstream trout have a low impact on the surrounding environment.
