Botrytised grapes are specially selected from the Waihopai River vineyard, before being pressed and fermented. This process takes a lengthy six months and extracts huge flavours from the shrivelled berries. Intensely sweet with caramelised apricot, peach, and honeycomb, layered with citrus and fresh melon.
