75cl / 12.5% - This Premier Cru Champagne from Gounel-Lassalle is made with 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay grapes grown on a single Texas-shaped plot at the family estate – Le Haut Belai. A zero-dosage grower’s Champagne that offers a bouquet of biscuity minerality with grilled mango, honeysuckle and almonds that linger on to the palate with the addition of woody, rich, fresh and creamy notes of lemons. A great pair for Breton lobster, grilled lamb chops or Maroilles cheese.
