Alternatively glide the bar directly over lengths and ends, sliding hair between hand and bar as needed. Rinse thoroughly. Balm/Deep Conditioning Mask:  Leave on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Leave-in: Massage a small amount into towel-dried hair ends and do not rinse.
