The light support and therapeutic heat retention helps to relieve the effects of strains, sprains, muscle pain and arthritis whilst also promoting air flow.Offering level 1 support, this knee support comes in a choice of five sizes: XS, S, M , L and XL. The correct size is determined by measuring the around the knee, over the kneecap whilst holding your leg straight. The size guide is as follows: XS - 26-30cm, S - 30-35cm, M - 35-40cm, L - 40-45cm, XL - 45-50cm.
