70cl / 62.5% - Intense aromas of rye bread, chocolate and maraschino cherries abound in this spicy rye whiskey from Wisconsin. A dash of water goes a long way to revealing the full spectrum of flavours here, but it also shows very nicely of a large block of ice. With a bit of dilution, you’ll find brown sugar, chocolate and wild honey.
