Cooking Guidelines: Cook from frozenRemove all packaging before cooking Oven Bake: Place on a wire rack over a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 240°C, 220°C fan, Gas Mark 9, turning halfway through cooking.  Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil in a suitable pan or deep fat fryer to 180°C.
