Simply lather them with a mild soap, such as hand soap or dishwashing liquid, then rinse thoroughly in cold water. Lay them on a towel and pat them dry to remove as much water as possible without wringing them out. Let them air dry by laying them flat or hanging them to dry. Make sure they are not exposed to direct sunlight. UV rays can damage gloves. Wash them as often as you like. It is best to let all workout gloves dry completely between uses.
