Minerva Core Range Stripe Cotton Jersey Stretch Knit Fabric Cobalt Blue

A fantastic quality stripe cotton jersey fabric from the Minerva Core Range collection. Cotton jersey is a knit fabric that is relatively easy to sew, ideal for anyone new to sewing with knit fabrics. It is made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane fibres which gives it a beautiful softness, but it still has body. The stripes in this fabric are knitted into the fabric itself, rather than printed on the surface, so you know the lines are always on grain and fantastic quality. This fabric weighs approx. 220gsm which puts it into our medium weight category here at Minerva. It is ideal for making t shirts, tops, summer skirts, dresses and shorts. It is also ideal for children and baby clothes.
