75cl / 11.5% - La Bota 114 de Florpower MMXXI is the 2021 vintage of Florpower and the 114th release in Equipo Navazos's La Bota range. As with recent vintages, this is made exclusively from Palomino grapes from a plot of old vines called Pago Miraflores La Baja and is aged in sherry casks under flor. However, it is not fortified like sherry, and the mix of traditional wine- and sherry-making techniques give it a crisp, fresh character with strong terroir character.
