Try this toasty New Zealand fizz from the producer that introduced the country's first commercial sparkling wine in 1981. New Zealand's Lindauer only makes sparkling wine, producing a range of traditional method wines as well as some carbonated and low alcohol expressions. This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a tiny portion of Pinotage. The wine goes through full malolactic conversion adding extra creaminess before ageing on lees for a minimum of 24 months to develop toasty, pastry notes. Expect flavours of toast, vanilla-dusted fruit, and creamy brioche.
