Spanish Pil Pil Prawns

Fresh Haddock chunks are topped with a tasty Mexican sauce and sundried tomato chunks, finished with a cheddar breadcrumb. Hand-prepared for every order in the Regal factory each morning using the freshest fish and finest ingredients. This delicious bake is the perfect bake for any mexican lover. The Cayenne pepper adds a delicous smokineess to the sauce which carries a kick!  Serve with rice, black beans and warm tortillas for an authentic Mexican meal. Cooking Instructions: Oven Bake. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6Remove film and place the tray on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot.
