The Turkey Roulade Christmas Hamper includes: The main event * 1.35kg Turkey Roulade with Sage & Onion Stuffing * 1.4 -1.6kg Boneless Unsmoked Gammon (https://www.campbellsmeat.com/) On the side: * 454g Sausage Meat - our classic sausage meat * 400g Streaky Bacon - top quality bacon by Van der Mey * 454g Pork Chipolatas  (https://www.campbellsmeat.com/product/chipolata-sausages.html)- handmade in house by our skilled sausage makers * 1.5kg Pigs in Blankets - our tasty chipolatas wrapped up tightly in delicious bacon * 454g Sage & Onion stuffing - a staff favourite, made by our butchers to a family recipe Classic extras: * 2.5Kg Roast Potatoes - a Christmas staple that's simple and easy to cook * 1Kg Turkey Gravy - a delicious turkey gravy made with real turkey stock * 250g Cranberry Sauce - an essential accompaniment for turkey   Take the stress out of Christmas and have your hamper delivered early and in plenty of time this year.  Each product is hand-selected and inspected for any minute defects before we freeze them in our blast chill at -20c. The hamper is then shipped out in a specially designed polystyrene insulated box, with dry ice to maintain a temperature well below 0c.
