Product Description
A timeless expression of Piemonte’s most celebrated red, Barolo DOCG Bosco dei Signori is crafted from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the rolling hills around Alba. At 300–350m above sea level, the vineyards benefit from clay-calcareous soils and the classic Guyot training system, producing grapes of remarkable depth and structure.. Fermented in stainless-steel vats with a 10-day skin maceration, the wine is then aged for two years in oak barrels, followed by further refinement in bottle. The result is an elegant, full-bodied Barolo with intense aromas of violets, dried cherries, and spices, supported by fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.. A perfect companion for roasted meats, truffle dishes, or aged cheeses.. Wine Infomation:.
