Scottish Halibut Cutlets

Unique showy cut of halibut. WOW! Luscious on the bone cooking. Oven roast or barbecue You've got Nuno - our Portuguese fish manager and a true artist in fish - to thank for these. He wondered into our office one morning with a tray of beautifully presented steaks like nothing any of us had ever seen before, asking, "What do you think of these...?". We just wish he could cut them a bit faster. But given the WOW! factor, the price has got to be worth it. As a test, we made just 30 packs on 10 Feb 2023. If they're still hanging around by say the end of April, the halibit cutlet might turn out to be a very limited edition. Alternatively, all our rivals will be trying to sell them by the end of July. But do they have true artists to hand?
