What is WellO2 Nasal Mask? The WellO2 Nasal Mask is a comfortable, soft silicone or plastic mask designed to fit over the nose. Its used with the WellO2 breathing trainer device to deliver steam into the nasal passages and upper airways. Particularly useful for alleviating congestion, the mask comes with a connector tube and user instructions. It can conveniently be stored in the designated pockets of the WellO2 carrying bag along with the rest of the WellO2 device components. What are the key features? Its components consist of soft silicone or plastic.Ingredients Usage How to use WellO2 Nasal Mask Attach the nasal mask to the WellO2 device using the provided connector tube. Ensure its securely fitted to avoid steam leakage. Fill the device with water using the measuring cup to add the correct amount of water to the WellO2 unit. Follow the devices instructions for heating and steam generation. Select your preferred temperature and resistance level on the WellO2 device. Note, higher temperatures deliver more intense steam, which may be helpful for congestion. Place the mask gently over your nose and breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose to draw steam into your upper airways. Exhale normally through your mouth or nose. Use for 35 minutes per session, or as recommended. You can repeat sessions several times a day depending on your needs. After use, detach the mask and connector tube and clean them thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before storing.
