70cl / 58.8% / Distillery Bottling - Orkney-based distillery Highland Park has unveiled this London Edition bottling as part of its limited-edition Single Cask Series. This whisky was matured in a refill sherry-seasoned oak cask imparting notes of sponge cake, melon, orchard fruit and cedar wood on the palate, alongside its signature earthy and smoky character.
