50cl / 52.1% / That Boutique-y Whisky Company - Husband and wife, Stuart and Naomi McIntosh created their distillery in Victoria, Australia after being inspired during a visit to Scotland. This five-year-old single malt was matured in an ex-Australian Apera cask which proffers a similar character to sherry. This whisky has a soft, smoky appeal, with aromas of tobacco leaf, toasted oak and liquorice on the nose, leading to notes of stewed fruit and peat smoke.
