75cl / 17.6% - A crisp, mineral dry vermouth from Vault Aperitivo, Coastal is made with a base infusion of key botanicals, including oyster shell, olive leaf and Amalfi lemon, that is blended with English Bacchus wine infused with foraged botanicals including rock samphire, sea purslane and Salty Fingers - a cousin of samphire. A bracing, fresh aperitif, Coastal is best enjoyed over ice or as part of a vodka Martini.
