Product Description
Drink it now or cellar for up to 10 years. No need to decant, but best to open it half an hour before service. Hailing from a family with a long winemaking tradition, Diego Magaña is a young, independent winemaker born in the Navarre region. After experiences in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Argentina, and Chile, he decided to dedicate himself to producing his own wines in Bierzo, with the support of his friend Raúl Pérez, who initially allowed him to use his facilities. His production philosophy is based on respectful viticulture and minimal intervention, along with limited yields, to create wines that reflect a distinct terroir. His work in Bierzo has solidified his reputation and enabled him to establish his identity as an independent winemaker. In 2016, Diego expanded his business by collaborating with winemakers and cooperatives in the Rioja Alavesa region. The Blanco del Dominio de Anza is a blend of Viura and Malvasía, characterized by a bright, straw-yellow color. The nose reveals a broad and fresh bouquet that opens with citrus aromas, followed by tropical and mineral notes on a light licorice undertone. On the palate, it is rich, fruity, and vibrant. It has a citrus concentration that refreshes the palate and quenches the thirst. It is balanced and elegant, with a medium to long finish that evokes light mineral notes. It is excellent as an aperitif and excels with seafood and white fish.
