50cl / 47% - A very special small-batch gin from Capreeolus, made by ageing its acclaimed Garden Swift gin in barrels made from mulberry wood. This rare wood adds sweetness, floral complexity, rich spice, a hint of tannin and a beautiful amber colour to the gin. You'll experience notes of apricots, orange blossom, blood orange, sweetness, spice and complex fruits, all of which make this great in Negronis, any recipe that calls for Old Tom gin, or simply as a sipping spirit.
