The introductory course will offer beginners a taste of some of the aspects of the system. They will get to learn and practice some Hand Form which is a series of moves performed solo. They help improve co-ordination posture and balance. They will learn one of the Pushing hands drills which through practice with a partner improves sensitivity balance footwork angle timing and co-ordination. Some basic self-defense will also be taught to those who wish to learn. The classes are held: Thursday: 7pm to 8.30 Saturday; 10.30 to midday Option 2 is to come along and just attend a single class at a discounted rate.
