A carbon 9-vane construction complete with a pressure balance rotor ensures a high level of reliability which is paired with a lightweight brushless DC motor to significantly reduce current draw while maximising efficiency. Being lightweight, the low mass rotor is capable of reacting to changes in speed and flow at high speed, thus allowing the pump to be very adaptable for varying situations.
