Domaine le Pive Organic Rosé 2023/24, Sable de Camargue

Bathed in sunshine and cooled by breezes, the Camargue is where the Rhône River Delta meets the Mediterranean Sea in a swirl of sandy beaches, canals and rare wildlife. It’s this unique setting where Domaine le Pive has made their home, boasting 47 hectares of vineyard surrounding a picturesque chapel. The 100% organic vineyards produce the Grenache, Merlot and Syrah grapes that go into this very pale ‘gris’ rosé crafted by sixth-generation winemaker Brigitte Jeanjean. Fine and delicate floral aromas lead to a juicy and crisp flavours of strawberry and citrus fruits. The perfect aperitif, though it also pairs well with salads, pizza or sushi.
