Yoga & Forest Bathing Day Retreat

Lose yourself in fields full of wildflowers, ancient woodlands and meadows and enjoy a day of yoga, forest bathing and foraging on over 100 acres of private land. Explore an area of outstanding natural beauty, no artificial noise and abundant wildlife, including a herd of deer. We have a super cosy yoga tent and a fireplace to make the event weatherproof. Foraging & Exploration Naturalist and forager Steven Homewood will join us to share his knowledge about birds, butterflies and edible/ medicinal plants. You might have seen him at BBC Spring Watch or sharing his wisdom of the natural world. Stonerocks Farm is only a 4-minute drive from Bolney Wine Estate, the perfect location to finish your day.
