It has very low memory and just the right amount of 'stretch factor' for each diameter. It’s also got very high abrasion resistance and is easy to move shot on. Over the past 12 months, Pro Match has become a firm favourite with many top anglers, including Darren Frost, Ian Hughes, Dave Roberts, 2019 RiverFest Champion Ian Ward, Ben Roberts, 2019 RiverFest runner up Matt Maginnis and Scott Smith. Pro Match comes on 300m spools so its possible to load up two or three reels if you use backing line. Alternatively, I tend to put the whole 300m onto my Daiwa TDR reels then reverse the whole lot onto an empty reel spool after two or three months. This then means that the line is 'brand new'
