At this point, we recommend switching to Femibion® 2. This food supplement provides you with folates and DHA. Folate remains important later in pregnancy as it contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, including the formation of the placenta. The placenta provides the baby with all the nutrients. Therefore, care should be taken to have adequate folate intake throughout pregnancy. In addition to folates and DHA, Femibion® 2 contains other carefully selected ingredients: 10 vitamins, including vitamin D, iodine, as well as iron, selenium, magnesium, zinc and lutein.
