CA-125 Test

CA-125 is made by cells in the female reproductive system, and by other cells in the body, and elevated levels of this protein can be a sign of certain medical conditions. The CA-125 blood test is most commonly used to monitor the progression of ovarian cancer, as elevated levels of CA-125 can be an indicator of the disease or its recurrence.
