A truly unique and award-winning gin from Cascave, their Cave Aged Gin starts its life with a combination of native Welsh botanicals and mineral-rich water that's hand collected from the Dan Yr Ogof caves. Once distilled, it's patiently aged in port barrels within the cave itself for 6 months.. The process of cask aging delivers a real complexity to the gin, with hints of red fruits and vanilla imparted by the port barrels beautifully balancing the floral and citrus notes of the spirit..
