Silverback "VSOG" Casked Gin

Gorilla Spirits Co have taken their widely celebrated award-winning Old Tom Gin, and aged it to perfection in former Sherry Casks to produce a rich and spicy "Very Special Oaked Gin" (VSOG).. Sherry casks are handpicked to impart the very best flavour, with the aging process finely judged by their team of master distillers. The end result is a product that's arguably more interesting and complex than whisky, with high gin notes harmonising with the vanilla, dried fruit and smoky flavours imparted by the cask. Fantastic neat, but equally delicious when used in a classic Old Fashioned.. Each bottle is individually numbered, and beautifully adorned with metal labels. Please note – Silverback VSOG is lightly filtered and may contain natural sediment.. 50cl. 43% ABV. 10% of the profits from every bottle sold goes to The Gorilla Organisation to help preserve gorilla populations.
