75cl / 15% - Their Vermouth is crafted from early 20th-century recipes, blending Very Old Oloroso and Moscatel wines that are aromatised with dried fruits and botanicals such as cinchona bark, gentian, nutmeg, and dried Seville orange. The finished blend is then aged in casks that once matured Valdespino Oloroso.
