Jaipur is our flagship IPA, enjoyed around the world and beloved at the brewery too. This doesn’t mean that we don’t like having some fun with it and we think we have certainly done this with ‘Chaipur’. One of the keys to the success of Jaipur is balance; we have strived for this while using a kaleidoscopic menagerie of flavourful additions, complementing the original IPA with cinnamon, ginger, clove, black pepper, cardamom and a delicate touch of oolong tea to round it out.
