Our Dijon Crème de Cassis 15% is made with the prestigious Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant variety, exclusively harvested in Burgundy, France. The berries are macerated in a water and alcohol solution for about 10 weeks to extract all their flavours. We then add French white sugar to obtain this crème de cassis, a traditional blackcurrant liqueur.
