Moillard-Thomas Chablis Premier Cru 2023/24

Moillard-Thomas is one of the oldest wine merchants in Nuits-Saint-George. And since the 19th century, the Moillard family name has been synonymous with incredible Burgundy wines. They work with a network of quality winegrowers to bring together the finest grapes from premier cru vineyards. For this Premier Cru Chablis, they ferment the grapes separately – part in barrel, the other in stainless steel. After 12 months of ageing with regular lees stirring for complexity, the wines are then expertly blended. Expect floral and mineral aromas with citrus fruit flavours and a long finish. Its refreshing acidity pairs perfectly with fresh sushi or oysters.
