75cl / 50% - Jeptha Creed in Kentucky has created this high-rye bourbon with its proprietary ‘Bloody Butcher’ corn. This bottled-in-bond whiskey has aromas of leather, brown sugar and morello cherries on the nose, followed by notes of charred oak, black pepper and a mild grassiness on the palate.
