70cl / 43.9% - An artisanal mezcal from Derrumbes, Zacatecas is made by mezcalero Jaime Bañuelos in the village of Huitzila, Zacatecas, using 100% Tequiliana Weber agave. Produced using traditional underground stone-lined roasting pits and tahonas, this is an earthy, aromatic mezcal with a sweet edge.
