Kilchoman Fino Sherry Cask / 2023 Release Islay Whisky

70cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling - The second official Fino sherry matured release from Kilchoman – an Islay farm distillery known for its fine young heavily peated whiskies. This whisky was distilled in 2018 and aged for a minimum of five years in 20 Fino sherry casks sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. The nose opens with aromas of dry peat and sweet butterscotch, joined on the palate by well-rounded smoke, honeycomb, candied fruits, rich toffee and caramel.
