70cl / 47.3% - Filey Bay has released limited editions of its Shaved, Toasted, and Re-Charred (STR) ex-red wine cask whisky in the past, but this expression is now becoming part of the core range. The STR process enhances the cask’s influence, drawing out rich red fruit flavours from the wine.
