70cl / 43.5% - This impressive Cognac from Delamain was made with eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and is a rare example of Cognac matured in a single French oak cask – from the Tronçais forest. Its significant age has brought notes of leather and orange peel, with warming paprika and hints of cedar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
