Apros Black Forest White Vermouth

75cl / 18% - A crisp, fruity white vermouth that is made in the Black Forest by Apros using Pinot Gris wine and a blend of botanicals, including bergamot, lemon peel, chamomile and spignel. Aromas of cantaloupe melon, sweet pears and Mirabelle plums fill the nose, complemented by notes of bergamot, chamomile, bitter wormwood and savoury, herbal spignel throughout the palate.
