ABOUT THE WINE. In little more than a decade, Benjamin Bridge has distinguished itself by its dedication to time-proven techniques, expertise, and most importantly to its acclaimed, distinctive wines. Located in the Gaspereau Valley in Nova Scotia, the vines benefit from the moderating influence of the Bay of Fundy, resulting in a climate remarkably similar to that found in Champagne.. TASTING NOTES. A non-vintage blend from a library of wines dating back to 2002, when the estate was first founded, featuring Canadian and hybrid varietals, as well as the more traditional Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Pale golden in colour, with lemon rind and chalky minerality on the nose. The palate is bright and intense, with green apple and zesty acidity.. FOOD PAIRING. Enjoy as a palate-refreshing aperitif, or with light finger-food.
