50cl / 47.4% - Le Cognac de Claude is a limited-edition release in Jean-Luc Pasquet's Tresors de Famille series that comes from a single barrel from the vineyard of Claude DULUC in Touzac, Grande Champagne. Aromas of peaches in syrup, ripe grapes, toasted sesame seeds, jasmine and rose fill the nose, complemented by notes of passion fruit, peach, summer flowers and honey throughout the palate.
