70cl / 44.7% - A herbaceous mezcal from Derrumbes that was made by Maestro mezcalero Manuel Perez in the village of Charcas, San Luis Potosi, using wild Salmiana Crassispina agave from the area's high plateaus. The palate offers notes of green herbs, honeysuckle, jasmine blossom and aromatic agave that linger in the finish.
