Released in May 2020, this single cask Bimber, matured in ex-bourbon cask batch 8 was bottled at the natural cask strength of 58.3%. This is one of just 267 bottles produced.. Only 267 bottles produced.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
