70cl / 63% - A 2003 Appleton Estate rum that was matured for 18 years, before being bottled in 2021 by Appleton and bottler Velier as part of the Hearts Collection. Aromas of orange peel, treacle, toffee, dark chocolate, oak spice and Christmas cake fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, vanilla, chocolate, toffee, ginger, citrus and soft smokiness throughout the palate.
