Christian Drouin Foursquare Angels 19 Year Old Calvados Pays D'Auge

70cl / 46.8% - The eighth edition of Christian Drouin’s Experimental range is a 19-year-old Pays d’Auge Calvados matured in ex-rum casks from Foursquare distillery for 17 months. On the nose there are aromas of roasted apple, vanilla bean, salted caramel and pear drops, leading to notes of pine nuts, almond and pineapple throughout the palate. This makes for a perfect marriage between Calvados and rum.
