70cl / 52.9% - An impressively-aged Calvados from Pierre Huet that spent almost half a century in oak barrels before it was bottled. Aromas of Fresh green apples, autumn leaves, rich oak and savoury spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of tarte tatin, vanilla, sweet oak and dried fruit throughout the palate.
