Daily Soup — Per person. Hummus — Pureed chickpeas with tahini and fresh lemon. Salatet Al Mawsam — Traditional fresh seasonal salad. Moujaddara Set Al Beit — Cooked lentils and cracked wheat topped with caramelized onions. Falafel — Herb-infused bean croquettes with tahini. Cheese Rolls — Deep-fried pastries filled with a blend of cheeses. Moussakaa — Slow-cooked aubergine with chickpeas garlic and tomato sauce.
