70cl / 60% - A 2007 Foursquare rum, Plenipotenziario has been aged in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, adding layers of sweet vanilla to this funky Barbados rum. Aromas of mango, banana and black pepper mingle with vanilla and dark chocolate on the nose. The palate offers notes of aniseed, smoke, nutmeg, carnations, apple ad apricot, with hints of almond and cocoa in the finish.
