70cl / 43% - A special-edition rum from Chairman's Reserve, Legacy celebrates the distillery's founder Laurie Bernard and honours his method of blending spirits from different types of stills and casks. Matured in a variety of casks, it offers aromas of ginger, papaya, pineapple, coffee and orange peel that fill the nose, complemented by notes of chocolate, vanilla custard, pineapple, crème Brulee and sultanas throughout the palate.
